Celebrate Kate was founded by friends and family of Kathryn Rose Mauke, "Kate" in 2015 shortly after she passed away as a result of dating violence. Since then, our organization has had the goal of honoring Kate's caring personality and legacy of passion for her community. We do this by hosting events to raise funds for the Kahryn Mauke Memorial Scholarship, presented to local high school graduates, and raising awareness for domestic and relationship violence.

There is vast spectrum when it comes to domestic, dating, or relationship violence, and wherever someone may fall on that spectrum, they need access to support and resources.
Our mission at Celebrate Kate is to help our community be more aware of these issues and that they can happen to anyone.
